We received the following from the Town of Winchester this morning:
Beginning Monday, June 17th, the Town of Winchester will initiate a rehabilitation project on Smith Hill Road at the bridge above Route 8. Smith Hill Road will be reduced to one lane, with alternating one-way traffic, during working hours, from Monday, June 17th, through Friday, August 16th. The road may also be temporarily closed at times.
